On the 24th of March Andrew and Chris were joined by Steve Trenwith and Steve Aleppo from Sovereign HA. 5 years ago Sovereign were delivering 1500 homes per year via Section 106. To improve the value for money, the board made the decision to begin their own land-led schemes. We discussed Sovereign’s journey and learnings, followed by a Q&A with John Stevens and Duncan Smith.
